90-Day Repair or Replacement Policy

All products manufactured by Mernickle Holsters are covered under a 90-Day Repair or Replacement Policy. Should your product experience issues within this timeframe, we will either repair or replace it at no additional cost to you.

Post-Warranty Repairs and Replacements

After the initial 90-day warranty period has expired, any repairs or replacements will be at the customer's expense and solely at the discretion of Mernickle Holsters.

Order-Specific Evaluations

Each request for repair or replacement will be evaluated on an individual, order-by-order basis.

Replacement Criteria

Any replacement provided will be an exact match for the holster originally ordered for the specific gun model.

How to Make a Claim

  • Submit the warranty card and proof of purchase.
  • Provide a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing.

Examples of Valid Reasons for Exchange or Repair

  • Incorrect color (e.g., ordered brown but received black)
  • Incorrect thread color (e.g., ordered black thread but received white)
  • Incorrect molding (e.g., ordered for a Smith and Wesson but received a holster for a Ruger)
  • Leather flaws (e.g., natural rips in the leather)

  • Re-stitching a thread

Items Not Covered Under Warranty

  • Normal wear and tear from the holster's contact with metal or other materials from the gun.
  • Custom orders that have been modified per customer requests.
  • Color mismatches due to dye lot variations or inherent properties of the leather.
  • Damage due to abuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications.

Pant/Gun Belt Measurement/length
 

 

How to measure yourself for the correct belt size

Lady Belt Measurement:

Due to the fact that women can order or purchase pants or jeans in three different heights (High ride, Medium ride or low ride) we will require a measurement done with either a cloth tape or a carpenters tape. Either will work fine. We would like this measurement done through the loops of the pant style you will be using the belt with. Please give us a measurement to the nearest inch. This will give us center hole on the belt ordered. Also when we make the belt it will be automatically contoured to fit the female figure.

How to measure for a dress belt (pant belt):

Simply give us your pant size. This will be the size of pant purchased at a store which fits your body correctly. We only need the waist measurement and not the leg inseam.

Please note: You do not have to add inches for inside the waist carry. We make our belts with seven (7) holes to allow for IWB carry.

Measuring for your custom built gun rig:

In order to come up with the right measurement the first time, it is essential you take time and, use a tape measure and provide us your hip measurement to the inch. Some folks assume a pant size is a waist size or hip measurement. A pant size has no bearing on the information we require to build your rig.For example, if a man's pant size is 34, the hip measurement can be 39-41 inches. A ladies size 6 pant may tape out to something like 35-39 inches.

The Measurement:

For the man ...

Measure about 1 1/2" to 2"s below your hip or belt line. Run the tape around your body then pull the tape up snug but not tight. For best results wear a pair of jeans when you are doing this.

For the lady...

Pick the spot that is centered between the navel (belly button) and the crotch. Then run the tape around your body. Pull the tape snug but not tight. For best results wear a pair of jeans when doing this.

Shipping times will vary depending on the product that is ordered. Below is a list of our current production times for all of our products once the order has been processed

 

 

 

 

The wide variety of holster styles, colors, and handgun models available makes it impractical for us to maintain a complete inventory. As a result, we manufacture all orders on a made-to-order basis as they are received.

While it does not actually take 12 weeks to create a single holster, the order volume can fluctuate significantly. Some days may only have 100 orders ahead of yours, while on busier days there could be up to 700 holsters queued. We strive to complete your order as soon as possible, so please be patient. While we work to deliver superior, personalized products, we sincerely appreciate your understanding.

Our Warranty, Repair, Return Policy

Due to supply chain issues , each order will be delivered with 4 to 16 weeks depending on item . Any cancellations will result in a 20% restocking fee. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

All products manufactured by Mernickle Holsters come with a 90 Day repair or replacement policy. After the warranty period is up, Mernickle holsters will repair or replace a product at the expense of the customer and only at the discretion of Mernickle Holsters.

 

All reasons for exchange or repair are looked at on an order by order bases.

 

Any replacement will be replacement of the exact holster for the gun it was ordered for.

 

When submitting an item for return please provide the warranty card, proof of purchase, and a description of the problem. 

 

Samples of reasons for exchange are as follows:

 

  • Wrong color (ordered brown and got black)

 

  • Wrong Thread color (ordered black and got white)

 

  • Wrong molding (ordered for a Smith and Wesson and received a holster for a Ruger)

 

  • Leather flaws ( natural rip in leather )

 

 

An example of repair would be:

 

  • a thread which required a re-stitch or a blemish in the dye that was repairable.

 

 

 

These items are NOT under warranty:

 

  • Normal holster wear in a non warranty item. All holsters will show signs of wear due to the leather meeting metal or other gun manufacturing materials. Also some guns have sharp edges left over from their manufacturing and can scrape the leather almost from the outset. That is not a leather issue but rather a de-horning issue of the gun.

 

  • Any order that has been changed by the customer to accommodate a specific requests (i.e. A Custom order) is not returnable for any reason. It will however fall under repair or replacement at the discretion of Mernickle Holsters.

 

  • Due to the type of material used 100% color match is not a warrantable item. (Dye lots can differ as well as the leather used and is something beyond our control)

 

  • Loss of or damage due to abuse, mishandling, or modifications
