There is a lot happening here to create this usable  work of art.  The rig is hand cut out to meet your gun and body measurements. Then it has a full border tool by our tool'er "Cody". Once he is done it is then turned over to our carver "Cathy" to do her carving magic.  Cathy then gives it back and "Bob" goes ahead with the Air brushing. Once that is complete then "Patty" or "Cody" will glue all the pieces together. From there the system goes to the burnishing room. All the edges are then meticulously  burnished to a mirror  finish by "Patty". The next step is to send it to the Stitcher. Here "Stormy " works the stitcher to do a flawlessly stitched border. Then the final task of assembling the project. Here "Bob" come back into play making sure that all pieces are finished perfectly and to his ridged requirements. Once that final assembly is done it then goes to the mail out section where 2 "two" people do a final inspection ( as in all shipped products). This work of art is a real team effort and we are all proud to present it to you the customer
